Paul... do you have AVG BreachGuard installed? That is where my issue resided,,, I did the following and now, all modules function fine and the AVG Logo is gone from my screen.

Uninstalled AVG Internet Security, Reboot – Icon still present, (Cleaner Uninstall)
Uninstalled AVG Anti-Track Reboot – Icon Still present
Uninstalled AVG BreachGuard Reboot – Issue resolved. (Standard Uninstall), The icon disappeared during uninstall.
AVG Tuneup is still Installed
AVG Secure Browser is still installed
AVG Secure VPN is still installed
AVG Driver Updater is still installed

Re-Installed AVG Internet Security, Reboot – No Issue
Re-Installed AVG BreachGuard, Reboot – No Issue
Re-installed AVG Anti-Track, Reboot No Issue
