I have just installed Secure VPN, but I am confused, it said 60 Free Trial, yet when I logged in today it said tree trial expires in 29 days? I thought it would not expire till June, but it's looking more like the 19th of May, so I am really confused by this, do I got a 60 day trial or just 39 days?

I understand the inconvenience caused.
You have AVG Secure VPN (60 days trial), which will expire on 6/20/2018. Could you share a screenshot of the AVG Secure VPN user Interface to assist you further?
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hello, I've recently started receiving an error message in regards to my product (owned since Jan) claiming that I have a License Error and that I need to re-enter a license in order for it to work again. However I own AVG Ulitmate which after re-checking the product states it doesn't require a license number. But because of this error message I can't even go into AVG to re-enter my log in details to attempt to override whatever is going on.

My father is also connected to the same AVG account and so far has had no issues with his own protection on his machine so i'm weary to mess around with stuff I don't fully understand if there's a chance it could mess up his protection too. 

I'm not very tech savvy but you guys have helped me in the past with synching up my Father's protection so I'm hopeful this can be resolved fairly quickly.

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to run the AVG remover tool to remove AVG protection on the PC you are experiencing the issue and re install it.
To run remover tool, please visit http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2 and click on "AVG Remover" to download the remover tool and run it on your PC. It will ask you to select which product you would like to uninstall. Please select "AVG Protection" and follow the setup instructions to uninstall AVG.
After you run the remover tool successfully, please open AVG Zen, click on Protection component and click on Get it for free to download and install AVG Internet security.

I'm interested in adding AVG Secure VPN to my services, but I'm a bit confused as to how you can manage multiple devices with it. If I have a Windows laptop, Macbook, and iPhone; can I use the same subscription for any of the devices, or would I need a separate one for each?

Hello Nathan,

AVG Secure VPN needs to be purchased separately for different platforms like Windows, Mac and iOS.

And can be installed in unlimited devices on the same platforms for example if you have purchased for Windows computer, you can install in unlimited windows computer however it can be connected only on one.

Recently, I had to restore my computer to a state almost two years earlier, to recover from a major systerm crash. At the time, I had Cloudcare, and later had a one-year subscription to AVG Family Safety which expired in June of this year. As far as I can tell, currently neither Cloud Care or Family Security are present on my Programs list, however the Bsecure Endpoint Security program still remains. 

When the message appeared today, and blocked internet access, I was able to do a normal Systems Restore to a point two days earlier. 

Can you please send me instructions on how to remove whatever is remaining on my system that would case that error message to appear and lock up my internet?   Thanks

Hello,

I'm trying to install AVG driver update on my w10 laptop and it keeps failing. The installation starts and before i can click on "accept", a windows shows up saying "forbidden 403" and stops the process. I've admin right on the laptop and AVG Tune up is running well.
Any ideas?

Can't find an answer to the following question anywhere else - does anyone know...? 
AVG PC TuneUp® 2015 1-year subscription  = currently £22.49
Is this annual fee for installation on one computer only, or would it be available to install on 2 computers?
(My PC and Laptop already both covered with AVG Internet Security programme = pay for 2 computers)
