AVG Internet Security - How many computers can I use this on??

Hi.  I currently have AVG Internet Security installed on my Home Computer. I have just purchased a Laptop for Home as well and want to use my subscription but I don't know how many computers this product is registered for??

Hello, Paul.
You have two different licenses for AVG Internet Security. One of them is valid for 1 computer and the other is valid on 3 computers. So you can cover 4 computers in total. I have sent you an email with your license details and installation instructions. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

Hi Avinash and thanks for your reply and information – appreciated.
 
When I login to my AVG Account it only shows AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC Tune up.  It doesn’t show the AVG Internet Security (3 computers).  Can you fix this for me with my online account with AVG please.
 
I would really like to combine both AVG Internet Security into One please if you can help.  I would like it to be for 2 computers if that is possible.
 
Can you please let me know as soon as possible whether you can help me or not?

We have merged your licenses and sent you the email steps to follow. Please follow that email and activate your product using new license number.

Hi Ranjani. 
Things just got worse!! I realised that my AVG PC Tune-up was going to expire soon - so I purchased a 2 year unlimited Subscription today. When I went to activate it on my account it kept saying that I already had AVG Ultimate and wouldn't let me activate it. The only alternative was to create another account - which I did - and PC Tune-up has now been set up on both my home computer and my laptop.
I now have 2 accounts with AVG.  This is definatly not what I wanted.
I would like to have AVG Internet Security (when you sought out the expiry date as I requested earlier) and AVG PC Tune-up which is for 2 years unlimited (The expiry date for this will need to be adjusted as I still have 2 months left on AVG Ultimate and AVG PC Tune-up). That's all I want on my account and I only want ONE ACCOUNT please. 
I can't tell you the email for the other account here as obviously it will be read by others. Can you send me a request for my other email so that this matter can be fixed once and for all.
I never thought that having AVG would cause so many issues.
Please look into this for me as a matter of urgency.

Hi Avinash.

I still haven't heard back from the Concern Team regarding this matter.
I have checked my AVG Account. It still shows AVG Internet Security with 725 days remaining and AVG PC Tune Up with 57 days remaining. It does also show AVG Ultimate as we had discussed previously.

What I am asking for is to combine both the remaining AVG Internet Security and the AVG PC Tune up into the AVG Ultimate. I would then have only One AVG Product which would be the Ultimate.

I would really appreciate your help with resolving this please as soon as possible.

I have escalated the csae to the concern team to merge all your AVG licenses to AVG Ultimate product.

They will contact you soon via email.

This process has taken far too long .......
Please process a refund to me for the subscriptions that I have with AVG.
I no longer want to continue with AVG as I have found that their processes take far too long and take up far too much time for me the Consumer.
Please expedite this REFUND as soon as possible.

Hello Paul,
My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Let me clarify on this concern.
-We do not have option to refund for your subscriptions because of 30 days refund policy.
-However, you have AVG Ultimate which can be installed in multiple Windows computers and android phones.
-You can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Ultimate on your computer.
-You can also find the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Antivirus/AVG Cleaner on your android phones:
1.Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG antivirus/cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app will be installed/activated automatically.

Regarding delay in response: We have escalated your case to our senior team to merge all your AVG subscriptions to AVG Ultimate. Which will not effect your existing AVG Ultimate and your computers/mobiles will be protected. It may take few more days for merging your all AVG subscriptions. In mean while, you can follow my above instruction to download/install/activate your existing AVG Ultimate subscription on your computer, if you're experiencing any issues with it, then you can contact us and we will install it for your by connecting your computer remotely for free.

Hi.  You told me that my Case has been escalated to your Senior Team on 21.4.2018.
I STILL haven't received any communication from them since you escalated my Case.
This is NOT the Service that I expected from AVG after paying several subscriptions.
I am starting to think that NOTHING will actually be resolved.
