Renewal of AVG Internet Security 2-year subscription, Unlimited

Paid for two year renewal on 04/09/2018 order #135******* still has not been applied to my account. Still shows my service will end 04/24/2018. What do I need to do?

Gordon,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. It could be possible if the program not activated properly or some synchronization issue might have happened. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ remove the license (If you have that option) > Select Login > Enter your AVG Myaccount credentials and click OK to reactivate it.

If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot)of the activation window to check the expiry date.

Hello Gordon,
Your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited is active in your AVG MyAccount, which will expires on 2020.4.25. You can activate your AVG Internet Security on your computer using AVG MyAccount credential. You can login to AVG MyAccount, My product tab, scroll down the page to see your active subscriptions.
Best regards,
Alok.

I see the active items and the new date of 2020, but I'am still getting notice that I need to renew or it expires 4/24/2018. Is there something I need to do to stop getting notices that I need to renew.

I had this same problem,  paid and renewed for an addtional 1 year along with the Ultmate in May 2017 on subscription expiritng in May 2018 (now should expire in (2019) had an agent today go through the procedures and the correct expiry date show up not so I hope they do not automatically charge for reneal again on May 1, 2018.  But now I have the problem that I cannot log out, every time I attempt to log out, I receive a message saying I will lose all my updates if I log out.  Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hello Milli,
I understand your concern. You have two active AVG subscriptions now:
AVG Ultimate, expires on 2019.4.23 and AVG Internet Security (1 computer), expires on 2018.5.28. I have cancelled the automatic renewal for your AVG Internet Security. The license will not renew and no money will be taken from your account.
Regarding logout issue: May I know if you're unable to logout from AVG MyAccount on browser or in AVG Internet Security user interface?
Best regards,
Alok.

I have AVG internet Security for unlimited devices. I renewed my subscription and got the same issue as above. Now i actually need to login into multiple pc's and laptops to 'logout' and 'login' again ? Can't that be done easier ? have the program check online if a new subscription period has been activated and then activate it on all individual computers ? (how about my tablets/smartphones ?)

Marcel,

We have to log out and log in back again on each device where AVG program is installed to reactivate your subscription.

We also request you to follow the same on your tablets/smartphones.

Our developers are working on a alternative way for activation to make it easier for customers use, and we hope it will be released in our upcoming updates.
