Alarm Clock Xtreme - snoozes not working

My alarm used to allow for a few snoozes and then require a bar code scan to turn off. In the last few weeks, though, the alarm immediately says "Max snoozes have been exceeded," although no snoozes were ever allowed. (This alarm should allow five snoozes.) I've tried deleting the alarm and creating a new one, but this behavior persists. I need my snoozes back! Any suggestions?

Once it is uninstalled, Open Google Play from the apps screen of your device, then search for and open the information page for Alarm Clock Xtreme.
Open the internet browser on your device and go directly to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alarmclock.xtreme.
Note: Ensure that you are logged into the same Google Account in Google Play as you use on your mobile device. To check, open Settings → Accounts → Google on your device.
Tap Install, then tap Accept if you are asked for permissions.

That seems to have worked for now. I think I did something similar in the past, but maybe an update complicated things.

To be clear, I am using the Pro version. My Google Play profile is under a different email address from my AVG account here.

Thank you for your help.
