i get error box when i try to get to avg

i have always, and do have a avg paid subscription and all of a sudden i get an error when i try to open my avg. the error is: application error (Ox40000015) occured in application at location Ox73e233ba. i cant even get into it to repair or uninstall. now it doesnt even show in my control panel.

i wont work for me. i tried and got a blank page. i am not very knowledgable about screenshots, but followed the online instructions. blank page. now, when i went back to try another time, my paint program is gone from the start menu...just gone. this is screwing up my whole computer and my laptop.
