Hi I have just been billed through Paypal for anti virus license which I canceled last year can I please be refunded thanks Jason Boardman

You have been charged for the renewal of one of your AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) license that has auto renewal enabled and not the one which you already unsubscribed.
I have forwarded the case to concern team for processing refund.

This is so clearly a known scam from AVG.

They can deny it all they want but I have written proof of cancelation of my subscription month ago but today they still withdraw from my bank account.

I have reported this issue to my bank and to visa international as a fraud.
If my money is not returned tomorrow I will involve the police and file a case.
