Error Code (0xe001f98d)

Trying to install my upgrade AVG ultimate and keep getting this error code saying the AVG system will not upload , please unistall all AVG products and try again .. try even with deep clean unistaller still will not install HELP

I understand the inconvenience.
To be sure, have you tried both AVG removal and Clear tool as mentioned (here)?
Did you click on "Run Anyway" during removal tool process to remove the traces?
