I have recently been charged $102.29 (18.5.18) to my paypal account and all resources says it AVG. I did not authorise this payment and find it suspicious that $65.99 came out of my account from Digitalrive Av on 12.4.18 (i was lead to believe that this was a one off payment for a yearly subscription). I havent opened the AVG application in over a month and would like some clarification as to why your policy is to take money from people without there permission?
You have been charged for an automatic extension of your 30 day trial subscription of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited. When you subscribed for the 30 day trial, you accepted for the auto renewal of this subscription for 1 year at the end of the trial period. You were presented with this information while subscribing to 30 day free trial. We have also sent you a notification email regarding the automatic renewal on 11th May 2018. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
