Do you mean AVG Internet Security does not launch when you double click on the desktop icon? Let us know the exact error message if you receive any when you try to launch the program. You could try to repair AVG ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG ) to resolve the issue.

Yes AVG Internet Security does not launch when I double click on the desktop icon. I do not get any error messages when I try to launch the program.

Did you try to repair AVG setup as requested? If that does not resolve your issue, let us know if it is a paid or trial version of AVG that you are using.

I've got windows 10 and I've tried to follow the steps on how to repair AVG. The steps given and windows 10 are confusing. Are thier differnet steps for windows 10?

Let me help you with this.
  1. Please press Windows key in your keyboard and it will open Start menu. Search for 'Control panel'. 
  2. Then open the control panel and click on 'Programs and features' icon in it.
  3. Locate AVG Internet Security/AVG Antivirus from the list of installed programs and right click on it.
  4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
  5. Select Repair.
  6. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the repair process.
  7. Restart your computer.

Hi there, I am facing the same problem now too. But it doesn't work even I tried to repair it. Nothing appears after I have clicked ' Change ' . Need help right now. Thanks.
