Admin locked

My device was locked by admin. I have sent many emails regarding the matter but none was being addressed. I could not use my phone, its annoying that  i could not access my own device. i need ypur help.

ive reset anti theft password in my avg account but still not working on my locked device. the wifi is on, meaning i am online but nothing happens.

yes i have made follow ups already. but the response takes time for them. I could not use my device.. i have reset password already but nothing happens, it still doesnt work.
