Firefox problems

I'm using the AVG Free Antivirus.  The web protection won't allow me to access any web pages when using Firefox.  It keeps telling me that any web page does not have up to date security and I can't access it.  However, I can access these same pages without any problem on Chrome or Edge.  I prefer Firefox, but the only way I can use it is to disable the web protection on AVG.  Anybody else have these problems?  Solutions?

This isn’t expected behavior. We’ll work through fixing this together. Please repair AVG Internet security http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel, restart the PC and then check the status.

If the issue persists, please refresh Firefox browser and check the issue.
