Android login

I'm using paid AVG Ultimate on my PC, so I can use AVG Pro Antivirus and AVG Pro Cleaner for Android. But I installed it to my Android phone, tried to sign in... and login failed message appears. Why? I don't want to pay for Android AVG again... :(

I regret for any inconvenience caused. Please make sure you have logged in to Google play store on your Android devices using your registered email address with us. Please provide us with a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message that you receive when you try to login. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to upload the screenshot.

My AVG account email adress is other than my Google Play account email adress. But there is form Sign in to your AVG accout, therefore I used my AVG account adress. I tried ii to sign to my AVG Account with my Googla Play email address (and password) but it doesn't workl - of course.

Please log into AVG my account using this link: https://myaccount.avg.com/my-account-login and inform the status here.
Please uninstall your existing AVG Antivirus and Cleaner app from your Android device as mentioned (here).
Download AVG Antivirus free and Cleaner free from Google PlayStore.
Open the app one by one and tap on "three horizontal lines" at the top left corner.
Select AVG account and enter your AVG my account credentials.
This should activate the PRO version for both the apps.
Keep me informed about the status.

1) I logged via link.
2) I uninstalled AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner from my phone (Sony Xperia XZ2) and installed it again from Google Play
3) The same problem appears. Login failed. :(

I saw, I paid for Android Antivirus and Cleaner for Adroid last year via Google Play (I forgot it - the subscription is stil active) but Antivirus and Cleaner neither nor are in Pro mode :(

What now?

I really appreciate your effort for trying to resolve this issue.
At this point, I request you to follow the instruction to fix this issue. The instruction should fix the activation issues.
