Hello AVG team,
I just received an notification from my credit card company that my card was charged $75.45 by DRI*AVG Technologies on July/11/2018 for something I am absolutely sure that I didn't purchase at all. Could you give help for refund?
I have reported the transaction to Discover's fraud prevention service, but I also hope that the AVG team could take action to prevent transactions like this from happening in the future.

You might be charged for auto renewal of AVG product. When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
Digital River is our Payment gateway. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any active products/ transactions under your email account: xxx@yahoo.com.tw.
Have you subscribed to trial version of AVG using alternate email address?
Just for your info, I didn't purchase anything on July/12/2018, which was yesterday, so my memory is still fresh. It's clearly a mistake. Please refund.
I might have used a trial version of AVG product before, but currently I don't have any in my laptop. My alternative email is [email address removed]. Could you please check if there is any active subcription under it?
We couldn't locate any active subscription under this email address. I have sent you an email to collect more information. Please share the screenshot of that bank statement in that email to assist you further.

If you are enrolled into an automatic renewal, you will be charged for the subscription. An e-mail will be send to customers regarding the renewal details prior to the expiration date.
Please visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm and fill in the refund form and submit it.
Upon successful submission, our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email with in 3 business days.

Also received an bill from avg.cs@digitalriver.com under Order No (removed), which I have not placed. mail sent to this avg.cs@digitalriver.com email is getting undelivered.

Initially, please be informed that it isn't recommended to share the order details over the public post.
However, upon checking the provided order #, we see that you're charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp. Usually, we do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry (which has been sent to you on 10/11/19). If you'd like to cancel this subscription & get refunded, we do understand.
Regarding the account : avg.cs@digitalriver.com, it is an automated email system. Hence, you're unable to reply back to that account.
