I purchased the AVG Ultimate for all of my devices. I uploaded the App from the Playstore and I see where it is downloading. The download states it is complete. I cannot open the file.

I reinstalled the app again. It is showing the AVG pro. It is asking if I want to purchase an upgrade. I purchased the Ultimate from Best Buy today. It is asking for me to pay for it from PayPal or Redeem a code. How do I use my activation code from my purchase?
Melva, you can activate your subscription by following the instructions below:
1. Open AVG Antivirus or AVG Cleaner app in your device. 2. Tap on drawer on top-left and select Login or My Account. 3. Enter AVG My Account email () and password.
Please let us know if you can successfully activate your subscription.

I have tried all for weeks and got desperate to contact them, untill some support employee of AVG finally admitted... it is osmething to besolved (again) one of the next updates.
It is an outrage how they treat us paying customers, while they could helped us in the mean time by providing a license key (voucher code).
