AVG Support Help

I have been an AVG customer for a number of years to date but the email address I started out with will be offline by the end of the month. All I need AVG is to list ALL my products under my new email address, I have contacted AVG support by phone and email approx 6 - 8 times sent screen shots of my products, spoke to various so called "tech support" people and all I have got is the runaround about this has been escalated to level 1,2,3 etc still with nothing happening. One would think in this day and age the 'brains" behind AVG support could easily transfer my FULL PAID UP products to my new email address so I can be on top of my account. Has anyone else faced same or similar  problems with the "support help", or has anyone an answer to my problem apart from dumping AVG and choosing a different supplier.

Hello Paul,

We have checked the escalated case and found that our senior team sent an email asking for which email address you would like to have the products transferred.
In your last email, you mentioned that why the products can't be moved to "plm*****@gmail.com" for which our team asked a confirmation whether it has to be updated under "plm" or ""pkm".
Since we didn't receive a reply from your end, the ticket was closed automatically.
Please confirm which email address to be updated "plm" or ""pkm"?
If you inform the status here, we will update it and ask the team to process it.
