No, they will not help you (and Alok Kumar knows this). Because it is a deficit in the software.
They think it is solved in the next update - but I doubt it, because it was supposed to be fixed several times by now.
If you are interested in joining me pressing legal charges agains AVAST - which now is the owner of AVG, which explains probably the lack of care and quality control-, send me and email at avgclaim@gmail.com
BTw, they could easily provide us with a solution by giving us a voucher (temprorary license code) but they are too ignorant, bureaucratic about it.
This is were we stand as paying customers.
