Hello there, I seem to have lost my original question, so this might appear twice. 18 days ago, I received a renewal notice for AVG Tune UP. Last week I followed instructions, but as there was no reactivate box I clicked activate and next. Yesterday I received yet another notice asking whether I needed help to install Tune Up. This time I had to type in my name, plus the actual AVG Tune Up is different. They know my name and Tune Up is already installed. Is this a scam? Please can you help me?
My apologies for the delay, family matters. Yes I saw "Activate"yes, I did enter my key and clicked "activate." There was no "reactivate" though. I shall try to send a screenshot
We can check this and get it sorted. When you open AVG PC TuneUp dashboard and click on "Help", do you see "Activate" option? If yes, did you enter your product key and activate the subscription? Could you provide the (screenshot) of notice that you received asking to install Tuneup? You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Alright, you have successfully activated the product then. The email instructions that contains "reactivate" button is for the old version of AVG PC TuneUp and we suggest you to ignore that email.
Please share us the screenshot of the second notice that you have received to check if that's a spam email.

Firstly, although I copied my new PKey and activated, and was told I was successful the number has gone. This has happened twice this morning? Strangely, TuneUp is still working. I only have until the 2nd of August to get this right, before I lose Tune UP and my subscription of $60. I tried to follow your instructions about screenshot, but it isn't working. shall try again when I have sent this. Thank you trying to help.
No, sorry I cannot do this. Far too complicated for me. My techno skills are rubbish. So, do I need to stay as I am or what? It would be easier if a Technician came in and sorted it. If worst comes to worst, I shall have to cancel tune Up - which would be a shame - and ask for my subscription back.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, I have sent you the email instructions to connect your PC to our remote technician team to help you in resolving this issue.
Please follow the email instructions to successfully activate your AVG PC TuneUp subscription.
