I wish to close my account entirely as my PC is obsolete and will be closed down and not replaced.

Do you wish to turn OFF auto-renewal status for your active subscriptions? If yes, may I ask you the reason behind the cancellation.

If you wish to delete the AVG account completely, please be informed that you will no longer have access to your active subscriptions.

We are sorry that you decided to delete your AVG account. 

Please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr , Enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

These instruction do not work. When I Got to portal there was no support option and only connected to my profile with no option for data delet.

Please visit https://www.avg.com/en-us/gdpr enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox for the email > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data and AVG account deletion.

Please close all my accounts & remove all data. You've billed me last year after I'd already cancelled my subscription & I'm still receiving auto renewal notices. I do not want your product & I have unsubscribed. You make it too difficult to cancel, it's very unethical. I will be taking further actions if you don't comply.
