Refund for Dri Avg Technologies

Hello Support,
I would like to have a refund of the 54.11 that was charged to my account. This was not an authorized charge. I do not use the internet security at all. It is annoying that you have charged for an add on that was forced onto my machine as an update to the free antivirus. Not cool Avg!

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

My name is Mauro Cattaneo, I have been charged for DRI * AVG Technologies www.avg.com IRL0 - € 89.99 which I have never requested and never authorized. They were unduly removed from my credit card even though I changed it. I absolutely want to cancel this subscription and be refunded. I want my subscription to stop automatically renewing.
