Email request re. VPN Renewal
I got an email a few days back to renew the VPN subscription but it's not due until June 2020!!
Why send me asking to renew the subscription when AVG knows it's not due for over one(1) year?
I am unable to upload a screenshot in here so I have copied and pasted the email subject line and textual content.
Subject line: Let’s pretend the last seven days never happened.

We certainly understand your concern.
You do have an active AVG Secure VPN subscription valid till June 21, 2020. Checking your current account, we couldn't find any such e-mails sent from our end.
We would like to receive few more information, hence sent you an e-mail requesting few details. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.

Ok ..yes I have all that and will forward the email to your directly. I have in the spirit of cooperation checked email path with low (20%) threat level but could not define the originating email server IP. The email if I did relpy would bounce or deny access. Suspicisous that this could be so well crafted if idnded this was not snet from AVG mail serviers, would you agreed?
