Hello I wanted to cancel my subscription that was due to be renewed on July 14. Today is the 11th, but the automatic payment is out.
How do I unsubscribe and get a refund? I returned the PayPal receipt, but I don't know if I have to do anything else. I also don't know if I've done it right, I've unlisted the antivirus as well.

Hello Ranjani, Yes I like to get refund for the unsusbscribe your product; but I have a new question for you: Why have I received two different payment amounts from you? first 79.99 and second of 54.99, if I just wanted to try the antivirus so that my laptop would not be so slow when using it???? and the one that I wanted the amount that would cost me, if I was interested 54.99 ?? I don't remember asking for any other services.

I just wanted to try out the AVG driver updater for a couple of days to see how it works. I distinctly remember cancelling it before the date. Now I get an e-mail that it has been renewed and I am being charged $43.98. Please help me I am a senior citizen, retired and on a limited budget, I don't want or need Driver updater.
