ShellExecuteEx failed code 299 when running innosetup installer

Hi, our windows users with Avg protection have experienced the below error* when they try to open our installer which was created by InnoSetup.

*ShellExecuteEx failed; code 299.
Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProceseMemory request completed.

The user reported us that when he deactivated the antivirus program, he managed to run the installer. I tried to do the same thing. Here is the details:

1) I downloaded my app.
2) The system prompted me to run the installer.
3) After I click "Run", the avg made me wait for a few seconds and it gave the error: ShellExecuteEx failed; code -1073740791.
4) Without touching anything, The installer came to front again and I got above error again.
5) Then, installer came to front again suddenly.
6) I came to half of the installation, and then the installer shut down again.
7)Without touching again, the installer appeared.
8)It worked without any problem.
9)After I was done with installing, I run my application, "Avg Cyber Capture" showed up at the top-left corner of my application.
10) The application was shot down and restarted again.

I tried to upload my program for the avg whitelist, however our file size(100MB+) exceeds the limit(50MB).

What do you suggest?

Hello Meliksah,
Thank you for contacting on behalf of the client.
Please ask the user to check if AVG program is up-to-date (19.6). If yes, please uncheck the option 'Enable cyber capture technology' (Open AVG AntiVirus free > Basic Protection > Detection) and try running the installer.
Keep us updated on the progress.

Hi,
I did what you said, it resolved the problem, thank you so much. However, we don't want our users to deal with such problems. Is there anything that we can do to avoid such issues?

Thank you for updating the status.
In-order to analyze the installer, we request you to upload it to our FTP server as mentioned in this article.
Follow the steps as mentioned under "Upload a file manually" topic to get this done.
Once you have uploaded the zip folder, do mention the name of the file here.
It would be easy for us to identify the file, if you enter the email address as the file name.
If you are using the email address, then do not share it here. Just give us a confirmation that you have uploaded it.
Thank you.
