AVG keeps blocking EVERY web site I try to visit with a warning that's it's infected with a URL:Phishing (r.eablink.com).
This only happens when I am using the Chrome browser.
I have completed full scans with Spybot & Malware Bytes - both failed to find it.
Any help will be really appreciated.

Please try to reset your chrome browser https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Reset-browser and check the status.
You can share the screenshot of that threat message if the issue persists. Click on "See details" at the bottom right corner of that threat message to view its full path and take screenshot.
