Gina Iglesias unrecognized charge from my mastercard
My Bank of America mastercard was charge 79.99 on 09/12/2019 for an unknown product to me.
I know I did provide my credit card information for free trial and I did nor received any notice of continuance of the free trial.

Let me explain the charges for you.
The charge of 79.99 USD was debited for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN multi-device. Reason being, auto-renewal service was enabled for its trial order. We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry. I am sorry if you haven't noticed it, as this may have landed up in spam/junk folders. We also request you to refrain from posting account details in a public forum for privacy reasons.
