Windows Defender Trojan:JS/CoinHive.A

Windows Defender has detected the Trojan:JS/CoinHive.A in C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\report. When I run AVG to scan the selected items for viruses, no threat is found? Windows Defender wants to restart my PC? Any comments?
