1-jarig abonnement voor € 79,99 en is verlengd tot 22 november 2020.
Bovenstaand abonnement is voldaan per 8 november 2019.
Gaarne wil ik dit abonnement per heden 9-11-2019 annuleren.

It isn't recommended to share the order/account details over this post. However, upon checking the provided order #, we see that Secure VPN has been renewed.
We've also received another request (09548408) from you to cancel all the AVG subscriptions (AntiTrack, Secure VPN, Driver Updater).
Would you be so kind to let us know if you're looking to cancel the automatic renewal to avoid future charges or cancel & get refunded?
van heden 9 november 2019 om toekomstige kosten te voorkomen.
Misschien is er nog een geldbedrag terug te krijgen, anders werkt het nog tot de betaalde datum.
Ik heb de bovenstaande items van mijn pc verwijderd omdat er conflicten onstaan met mijn huidige
software.
Gaarne ontvang ik van u een bevestiging van het stopzetten van bovenstaande abonnementen.

I have successfully cancelled automatic renewal of this subscription and assure you will not be charged for its renewal next year.
From what we have learned about your issue, we would like to offer you a free technical support as an alternative to the refund. Please explain the exact issue that you are experiencing help you resolve it.
