ESET Scanner Finds Dangerous Files

The ESET online scanner keeps showing aswOfferTool.exe and avbugreport_x64_ais-c24.vpx as dangerous files. What are they and can I delete them?

The threat detected by ESET are Avast files.
This is a false detection and you can ignore this threats.
