DRI*AVG Technologies charges

I have charges showing up on my credit card statement for DRI*AVG technologies that I did not authorize. They are described as Direct Marketing-Continuity Subscription merchants.

Hello Curt,
We are here to help.
A charge of USD 37.51 was debited for the renewal of AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) and this order also includes Virus Removal Assurance service.
We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry.
Are you referring to this charge?
Curt HunterCurt Hunter
No. There is a charge from 11/26 for $96.51. Additionally, there was charge on 09/20 for $75.06.

Thank you for the information, Curt.
You are charged for the renewal of AVG Internet Security-Unlimited for $96.51 and AVG Internet Security for $75.06.
You now have the following subscription under your account.
Virus Removal Assurance, valid until December 14, 2020
AVG Internet Security-Unlimited, valid until December 10, 2021
AVG Internet Security (1 computer), valid until October 5, 2020
In this case, we can merge your subscriptions for AVG Internet Security and extend the validity of the unlimited subscription.
Please let us know if we can proceed with the merge.

Will the merge get rid of any of the charges? I don't recall signing up for any of these subscriptions. I renew AVG security manually each year. I just did recently for $37.51.

Thank you for replying, Curt.
AVG do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers.
We have set an email with details regarding the charge. Please check your inbox/spam for the email and revert back to it for further assistance.
