How do I turn back ON Anti spam, as the Red blob won't go to the right, so as to turn ON.

We're glad to help you with this.
From your description, it seems that you've just installed the Antispam component & it isn't allowing you to enable it.
If so, please restart your computer once & let us know if it helps.
