AVG TuneUp Activation code

I need to find out what my Activation Code is.  A code shows up on my AVG TuneUp  Subscription but it is telling me it is incorrect.  Can you help me?

Hello Rosemary,

We have sent an email with the activation code for your AVG PC TuneUp subscription.
We request you to send the screenshot of the code that you see on your AVG TuneUp program through the same email.
Use the code that we have provided and check whether you are able to activate the subscription.
