Can't use VPN with SONOS sound system app

If I have the VPN on, my SONOS app won't work. Is there a setting where I can get around this? The problem is when I leave home I often forget to turn the VPN back on. Thanks

We regret the inconvenience caused.
Please try to change to a different location in AVG Secure VPN and verify the issue. If the issue persists, turn on VPN connection, disable the firewall component in AVG Internet Security and verify the issue.
