Unauthorized charge on my credit card

I found a charge for $64.94 on my credit card.  I did not authorize this charge. I would like a refund.

When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.

Yes , I am requesting a refund.  I am not using AVG.  I want the service cancelled .

This appears pretty common.  After going through this last month on a product and ensuring all products were cancelled, yet another charge appeared on my card.  I've recommended AVG to many people, but I doubt I'll do so again.  This happens enough to make one wonder whether this is a "charge and hope the customer doesn't notice" practice.
