Misleading:WIN32/Lodi

Hi all, looking for some guidance here
Yesterday 5/5/19 I downloaded and installed a 30 day free trial of AVG Driver Updater to see if it would help a legacy printer that has failed to work since a Windows 10 "update" and a general trial to see if it is worth buying.
It has found 8 drivers which it updated, all well and good.
But----
Today 6/5/19 Windows Defender has found a "Misleading:WIN32/Lodi" threat residing in "C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG Driver Updater\AVG Driver Updater.exe"
and it is having problems eliminating it.
Other antivirus programs --Malware Bytes,Spybot and even AVG itself can not see this threat.
After searching other forums and playing with manual deletion(instructions given and their screen shots don't match on my computer) so I decided to not try destroying my computer myself.
My question is, Is this a valid threat or a false positive(by Windows Defender) and do I need to get rid of it or not and How?
Thank you in advance Bob

If you have downloaded our AVG driver updater from our official website, then it is the legit one.
We are aware that Windows defender detecting this file as threat and we suggest customers to add it to exclusion and then report to Microsoft saying it as false detection.
