AVG internet security Log files

Hello
Normally my log files contain info. about what has happened in the different functions in the internet security suite, installed on ny win. 10 computer. Suddenly on 20. marts 2019 all reporting in all the report files stopped . I have tried to delete all the report files, and then AVG Internet security build new files up again, but the new files are empty (only the tekst file exist but without any tekst in them) And yes i have checked that all settings concerning report files are set correctly and the fact that the files are builded up again at the first time the funktion runs tell me that it is trying to report but some bug is blocking this.
Does anyone have the same experience ? Any suggestions on what to do ?
The fact that all happened at the same date, make me believe that a bug came with a software update update, and maybe it is best just to wait it out, and hope AVG is aware of this problem and will fix it vith the next update.

Hi Soren,

We appreciate your efforts in reporting this to us. This isn't the usual behavior & there seems to be a glitch in the report file as you've mentioned.
We'll check this with the concerned team. In order to investigate further on it, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the scan settings (report set to generate) & the report file itself for better clarity?

Thank you for sharing us the screenshots, Soren.

If you still receive the message 'some bug is blocking this' (as quoted in your initial description), please share us the screenshot of that message as well.

Meanwhile, please repair the AVG program (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Repair-AVG-Antivirus) once to ensure that all the components are working fine & let us know the outcome.

Thank you for updating the status.
We initially thought that you are receiving an error saying that "some bug is blocking this". Thank you for the clarifying you didn't receive it as a dialogue box.
It is necessary for us to analyze the logs and identify the root cause.
Hence, an email instruction has been sent which will help us to submit the files.
Once we receive it, will proceed further on this matter.
Could you click on "Menu-->About" from AVG Internet Security program interface and check whether you have 19.3 version installed?

I see that a guy named Carl Phelps have the same issue. And it is a known problem so i just wait it out.
The technichian found that my AVG Tuneup pogram was a old version and removed it and installed the newest version. Is it so, that Avg tuneup do not update auotmaticly ?
And how about AVG Secure VPN and AVG Password Protection ?
How do I make sure that these pograms is up to date ?
