I'm unable to login to AVG My Account. I am using the same login and password that I created when I purchased a one year subscription to AVG VPN, speaking of which, is also not loading on my Zen dashboard.
I understand the inconvenience. Do you get message as invalid credentials entered when trying to log into AVG my account? Please provide the (screenshot) of AVG Zen dashboard to assist further. I can log in and out of Zen perfectly fine, but when I use the same password to log into My AVG Account on a web browser, it says the password is incorrect.
Julian, Thank you for the clarification. It is strange that the password works fine on AVG Zen app but does not work on a web browser. Please be informed that the password is case sensitive and make sure that there are no spaces before or after when you type in the password. I would request you to reset the password once if the issue persist.

Regarding the issue with AVG Secure VPN, do you mean the program interface does not load when you click on Secure VPN tile?
