Avg Internet Security - Unlimited install

I have a couple of questions. I attempted to renew my Avg Internet Security and ended up purchasing Avg Internet Security - Unlimited. My account shows Avg Internet Security expiring in 2 days and Avg Internet Security - Unlimited expiring in 1 year. I downloaded the Unlimited version (its says no key necessary just log in to account). I restarted after installation and logged into my account but it still says expiring in 2 days. It doesn't seem to recognize the new Unlimited purchase just the old subscription. Curious what will happen in 2 days. Trying to figure out how to sync my new subscription.

Also, downloaded Avg for my Android phone; however, my account log won't work so can use the newly purchased Avg Internet Security - Unlimited. There is just the free version with its annoying messages. Is logging in a problem for mobile phones?

Thanks in advance for any ideas. Greg

Hello Gregory,

I understand the inconvenience.
Please be informed that AVG my account will show the entire history of your AVG products that you use.
I see that you have valid AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) purchased and it expires on 10th December 2018.
To activate it on your PC, open AVG Internet Security dashboard and click on "Menu-->About-->Subscriptions"
Check whether the window shows your email address or license number hidden in the format XXXX.
If it shows license number hidden then click on "Remove license" and check whether you get option as "Log into account"
Click on it and enter AVG my account credentials. Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates Internet Security subscription.

I request you to uninstall the existing free version of AVG app on your Android device and reinstall it.

Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG.
5. Locate and install the AVG Antivirus free app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on the drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
8. Select AVG Account.
9. Enter your My Account email address and password.
If you still get free, do let us know.
