AVG Cleaner login

I can log in with my info to access and use AVG Virus but it won't log me in (same credentials) for AVG Cleaner.  It shows my name and account but won't let me access AVG cleaner or connect.  Any tips?  Thanks for the help.

Hello Darren,
We are aware about this issue on Mac computer. There is no benefit when log in to my-account as AVG Zen will be end of life. However, the AVG Cleaner will be working fine without signing in.
