Charles Ridgeway Moving to quarantine
A notification popped up on my computer about a threat, and it said to move it to quarantine. I clicked it and now it says "moving to quarantine", but it's been doing that for an hour now. Is it stuck? Does it normally take that long? I did a AVG scan while this was going on and it said "no threat detected" but the activity bar is still working on the "moving to quarantine" page.
I'm sorry to hear about this. It should not take time to move the viruses/threats to quarantine. In this case, I request you to reboot your computer and run a whole computer scan with AVG Antivirus Free/AVG Internet Security. If the issue still persists, then share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
