threat secured - analyticsd infected with MacOS:Adload-S [Trj]
Hi all. I have AVG installed on my mac. Currently the field shield alert is popping up every 15 seconds with the following message: "Multiple threats secured! We've moved analyticsd to your Virus Chest because it was infected with MacOS:Adload-S [Trj]." I don't understand what this means? What is analyticsd? I've tried deleting the files from quarantine but they won't go (there's 180 files in quarantine, as the file shield alert pops up every 15 seconds..!). Any help? I don't know what what it means or to do with it! Thank you!!
I would like to confirm that this is a false detection by AVG which we are aware of and this will be fixed soon. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience in the mean time.
I did a 'deep scan' and am posting a screenshop of the results below. Clicking 'resolve' did not move the 5 threats detected to quarantine. The info icon says that this is because the file has moved, it no longer exists, or I don't have permission to move it:

What do I do with the 765 files which are listed in 'quarantine'? (as per the picture above).
HI! It's end of April and I still get these kind of popus. Even after a deep scan I could not find any threats, but this pop up comes back almost every 15-30sec. I strongly ask you to find a solution on this issue ASAP. Txs in advance.
