Tuneup won't convert from free to paid version

I purchased Tuneup, downloaded, and installed it.  I'm logged in.  But I can't use it because it keeps telling me I first have to buy it.  But I already bought it.  Now what?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG PC TuneUp activation. From your account, I can see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 years subscription) twice, and now you have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited subscription for two years which will expires on 2020.2.19 (Purchase date 2018.2.19). We are experiencing issues with activating the AVG TuneUp license which has been generated after 2/15. We are aware of this issue and our development team is working on a fix. The issue will be fixed soon. Your patience is much appreciated in this matter.

Hello Anok,

Thank you for the response and I am also having this issue, I ordered the Internet Security, PC Tune Up and Driver Updater Earlier today. The Driver is the only piece which seems to be working properly, the other two are still showing that I am on a FREE version.... Any idea when this will be fixed? Can we expect to have our license renewal date updated once the fix is in place since I cannot get the services which I am currently paying for?

I, too, would like my subscription extended for however long it takes for you to fix this problem. It makes no sense for me to pay for the time I'm unable to use your product.

I have had AVG PC Tuneup since July 2017 and it has never worked. I've tried numerous times to install the paid version and it keeps saying my trial has expired. Now I see that my "subscription" will expire in June. What subscription? This has never worked.

I've read online since this started that this is an issue. Now I see these messages from February of 2018. I'm starting to think this is a scam. How can I activate this?????

We understand your disappointment. We see that you have contacted our technical support team via online chat. They have sent you an email to reconnect with them. Please follow that email to reach us and they should be able to resolve it.
