No, mine is not resolved. Some junior technician tried to find the infected email in my Outlook, just copied the name of the sender and did a search which I did and could have done myself. I was told to be contacted by a senior technician which did not happen until now;
Now I'm getting hundreds of Mail Delivery System messages saying that messages I never sent, were not delivered. There is obviously something realy wrong.
