I have exactly the same problem. Continuously popping up AVG window and it is really annoying. Did you find a solution for that?

May I know if you're using AVG Free Antivirus for your computer protection? If possible please share a screenshot of the AVG detection with the "see details" windows to assist you further. No, mine is not resolved.  Some junior technician tried to find the infected email in my Outlook, just copied the name of the sender and did a search which I did and could have done myself.  I was told to be contacted by a senior technician which did not happen until now;

Now I'm getting hundreds of Mail Delivery System messages saying that messages I never sent, were not delivered.  There is obviously something realy wrong.

Greet, I apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked your previous case history, our senior technicians had sent you an email on  March 8, 2018, at 6:23 AM to reconnect to them remotely. Please check the email and get in touch with them to fix the issue.
