AVG Ultimate unlimited for 2 years

It installed great on our two desktop computers.  My account shows the correct info.  Already installed AVG to both Samsung Galaxy 8+ phones.  Will not change to pro versions on my phones no matter what I do.  I have installed, uninstalled, installed from AVG my account, installed from google play, logged out logged back in to my account. Restarted phones.

Even AVG phone tech support doesn't know what is wrong and had me setup an email tech support ticket which I am waiting for a reply.  Same thing with both phones, it keeps wanting me to pay to upgrade to pro and still keeps putting those annoying ads up.

Any Ideas?

I finally received a reply that wanted me to follow some steps shown online for Android phone support.  

I followed the steps on my phones and I got a screen wanting me to upgrade to pro instead of giving me a form to fill out for direct support.

I purchased AVG Ultimate and nobody at AVG support can help to fix why it will not go to pro on my Android phones.  There needs to be phone support for Android issues like this.  The support at AVG is not there.  Someone in the Philippines gave me a phone number for support in India which told me that there is no phone support for Android phones only email, which doesn't work when I follow the instructions online.  I am seriously wondering why I went with AVG at all.

This is the third day of trying to deal with this.  Maybe I should try discussing this on Twitter, Facebook and anywhere else I can think of.

Yes, Android support is provided through email. We do not have phone or chat support. We will take this as a feedback and cascade to concern team.

So I understand your response, you want me to revert to the email that gave instructions that didn't work and didn't help.  As I stated in my last email "I followed the steps on my phones and I got a screen wanting me to upgrade to pro instead of giving me a form to fill out for direct support."

It appears that AVG (AVAST) Does not want to help me with the problem that their software won't work on my phones, email is the only way to get support for Android phones, following the directions tech support gave me to contact direct support don't work, as well as tech support aren't taking care of the problem and are just passing me along.
So far Customer Support SUCKS !!!!!!!!! here.

If I were you, I would feel the same. We are trying our best to resolve the issue. We could help you further if we have your support.

As I have stated several times already, when I follow the instructions to try and provide the information you requested, instead of allowing me to select direct support it shows me an ad wanting me to pay for the pro version.  I again say I have paid for AVG Ultimate and keep not being able to get it on my phones.

If you have another way then tell me and stop ignoring that your previous instructions don't work.
