I have received a bill for $60 dollars that I DID NOT agree too. I want my AVG account deleted and would like a refund. Im not sure HOW you got my credit card details and am very annoyed. I want you to delete ANY information I have, and/or my account, associated with your product! Please get back to me ASAP.

We acknowledge your refund request.
You have signed up for AVG TuneUp (30 day) trial and the auto renewal was enabled when agreed to its terms and conditions.
Hence, the charge was taken automatically to use the product for 1 year.
Would you consider using the product, if we provide 6 months extension for it?

Id like a refund thanks, as I was unaware of this product information. I do not use AVG anymore, so the extension would not be needed.
I have started the refund process for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited automatic renewal. The amount AUD59.99 will be credited to your account in 7 business days.

Okay cool, thankyou for your help. Is there a way you can disable my AVG account, as I do not want to use it anymore, or do I have to do it manually?

The subscription will be cancelled automatically after the refund. However, if you want to delete/remove your AVG MyAccount then please go to https://www.avg.com/gdpr , Enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
Note: I request you to submit the data deletion request after the refund amount will be credited to your account.
