INI:Shortcut-inf [Trj]

A scan turned up a threat called INI:Shortcut-inf [Trj] in C:\Users\Default\Desktop\Lenovo Telephony Start Now.url. I can't find much information about it online. Is deleting it from AVG quarantine sufficient, or do I need to do anything else? Is there more information about this threat?

Hello Miss,
We are here to help you. Your computer is protected, if the threat/virus has been moved to the AVG quarantine. If your AVG Antivirus/AVG Internet Security is enabled on your computer, then your computer will be protected from all types of malware. INI: Shortcut-inf(Trj) seems to be a malicious file.
Please take a screenshot of the AVG detection with "See details" page, if you receive the AVG threat detection pop up next time.
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Regards,
Alok.
