Failed installation of Avg Tuneup.

Having paid upfront. it is frustrating to keep getting installation failed (with error code 0xC0070843). I have run AvG access reset and I notice that there is an offer to assist on the support page (with charges,: is this the support we get for our subscription ?) Short of removing and clearing AVG. thenn reinstalling. Help. what can I do?

Hello Hussein,
We will help you sort it out. Please go to control panel > program and features and look for AVG PC TuneUp. If it's already there, uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp and follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.

Its npt even in control panel/programs to delete !!!

since its not there. what do I do now. the probelm is that it downloads and does not complete the install./ it fails with the error message I included earlier

Okay, Hussein. 

We appreciate your efforts. Let's remove the traces of AVG using AVG Clear and Remover tool to check with the situation.
