We are here to help you. Currently, this service is available in English only. Yes, it seems you have placed AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN order twice. The both orders has been merged, you have AVG Internet Security - Unlimited valid until 11/1/2020 and AVG Secure VPN valid until 11/1/2022.

Yes,I only want to be refund with AVG Internet Security 

here are the detail on my bank account: billed twice
05/11/2018  ACHAT CB DRI AVG TECHNO 01.11.18   EUR 101,75 CARTE NO 411-101,75 €
and the second one the same day and same hour
 05/11/2018  ACHAT CB DRI AVG TECHNO 01.11.18   EUR 101,75 CARTE NO 411-101,75 €
