I just downloaded my paid subscription but it says "Sorry, it is not possible to estabish a connection" "Connection Error"
I have followed all of the support instructions re: re-booting; changing location; uninstalling / re-installing, etc. but it still comes up with the same problem. My Internet provider was here today and all is running perfectly fine....

We request you to restart the VPN services on your PC and then check with this issue.
Follow the below steps to restart the Secure VPN service on your PC:
1. Please click on "windows" key and "R" simultaneously and you will get the run command, type "services.msc" in the text field and click on OK.
2. You will get the the list of services, look for AVG Secure VPN service.
3. Click on Restart.
Then check if you could connect to AVG Secure VPN successfully.
Also check the expiry date in AVG Secure VPN program, in case if it shows incorrect expiration date then this problem might still exists.
Open AVG Secure VPN > My AVG > My Subscription - to check the expiry date.
