Payment taken from my Credit Card DRI AVG technologies
Hi
I have had a payment of £99.99 taken from my credit card that does not align with my subscriptions and renewal payments of my account and have no knowledge of what this payment is for.
I will be raising a fraudulent claim with my bank to pursue unless a refund is made and the subscription cancelled ( as I am informed by my bank that they are unable to do this)
Having contacted my bank they are unable to cancel the subscription.
It seems this is a common problem of AVG claiming subscription amounts from peoples accounts without any notification of ability to cancel the subscription before the money is withdrawn from the account. This is a fraudulent business practice!!!!! See below.

I did not want this to happen and demand that this be reversed immediately. How can I find out my credit card details on this account so I can delete
