I want to cancel the free trial that I have on my PC, AVG Internet Security, which will be renwed automatically in a few days but I can't do it because there is no section for canceling the free trial. I want that it be removed immediately. Two identical subscriptions have been inserted, therefore if I don't cancel the I will pay the same thing twice. On the computer app I only have the option to see the subscription that I have but I can't cancel them, and on the website are not visible. I want them canceled before the payment. I wait for an answer as soon as possible.
I want to cancel my free trial as well, and I don´t find where cancel the automatic charge. It said it would send me a reminder, but that did not happen.
Hi, I just got the free 60 day free trial for the AVG Tune UP and I'm not so satisfied with the service. Could someone please cancel this subscription for me as it does not give me the option to do myself.
